1841 No 1675 on Tithe Map and included in census. Occupied by Edmund & Mary Sayers (farmers) and their children Ann, Sarah, Ellen, Elizabeth & Alfred
197? - Freddie and Shazi Lambert. They renovated Ebbsworth and after Freddie's death Shazi opened the garden under the National gardens scheme in aid of the Marie Curie Trust.

An example of a cruck timber frame house from the 14th century. The lower parts have been replaced by stone taking the plinth up to the first floor in most places and the roof angle has been decreased to gain more useable accommodation upstairs. It has changed from one dwelling to two and back again but remains a good example of its type.
