This is a period pre 1800 stone dwelling with brick quoins and appears to have been renovated around 1906 and again in the mid 1900s. Its outbuildings are evolved from barns, and milking parlours and the gardens are devoted to a wide variety of plants.

1911 Postcard
This postcard shows the building prior to the restyling of the windows. The original style was similar to the 1906 renovations carried out on the adjacent Old Manor; both had a similar front 1st floor jettied timber surround panels and have had their false dormers removed.
